Synopsis
During the time I had my studio in the neighborhood of Villa Crespo, Buenos Aires, I used to arrive
early in the morning. Every now and then, I would find dog shit in front of the door.
I don’t remember when it started. Each time I arrived, I had to kick or push the turds away somehow.
Many times, I started the day worried, wondering if the crap would be there.
Until I had a revelation. I thought of turning it into something. Making a photographic record.
If there was no shit, I could relax; if there was, I added it to my meticulous archive.
That’s how this project began.
